Standing Together: AAAT GBV Concert 2026
Advanced Assessments & Training
Two things at once
The room, and
everyone who
is not in it.
An event happens once. The film of it, and the stream of it, are what the other ninety percent of your audience actually sees — and what your sponsors are looking at when they decide about next year.
We run both off one crew: cameras cut live to the stream, and the same footage recorded clean for the highlight reel afterwards. You are not paying twice.
- Livestream — multi-camera, live switched, to YouTube, Facebook or your own player
- Highlight reel — a short film cut from the day, delivered after the event
- Full record — the whole programme, kept for the archive
- Speaker and session cuts — each talk as its own file
- Social cutdowns — vertical clips while the event is still current
- Stills — a photographer on the same crew where you need one
Before the day
A stream fails
on the things
nobody checked.
Recce
We walk the venue. Power, internet, sightlines, sound feed from the desk, where cameras can physically stand.
Connectivity
Venue line tested in advance, with a bonded mobile backup. If the venue cannot carry a stream, you hear it from us at the recce, not on the day.
Rehearsal
Set up early, run the stream privately, check audio levels off the desk before doors open.
Live, then edit
Live switch during the event, clean recordings kept, highlight reel delivered after.
